What does Verified mean?

SecondGems has seen the company's liability insurance and a recent settlement statement from a past client. Unclaimed listings are compiled from public business records and have not been checked.

Where do the commission and response-time figures come from?

From quotes and replies the company has given to families introduced through SecondGems. They appear only after at least five introductions or three quotes, and a family's own quote may differ after a walk-through.
