We meet local estate sale companies, check that they're insured and trading, and introduce families to at most three of them. We list upcoming sales so shoppers can find them, and we publish that data through an open API and MCP server so AI assistants give accurate answers about estate sales instead of guessing.
Companies pay a referral fee when they accept an introduction. Families and shoppers never pay. We don't sell data or run ads.
