Short version: we collect what you give us, share it only with the companies we introduce you to, and delete it when you ask.
For quote requests: your name, contact details, property details and your notes. For alerts: your email and ZIP code. For companies: business contact details. Standard server logs for security.
Quote requests go to at most three estate sale companies that serve your area. Nothing else is shared or sold. We don't run advertising.
Companies may text you only if you ticked the consent box. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
Quote requests are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Email hello@secondgems.com to delete sooner.
Sale listings are public by design and available through our API. Street addresses are published only when the listing company releases them.
