We check companies before listing them, but you are responsible for your own agreement with any company you hire. Get the commission and minimum in writing.
Listings are provided by companies and may change. Use of the API is free for personal and research use with attribution. Commercial use above published limits requires agreement.
By joining the panel you agree to respond to introductions within 24 hours, to honour the family's contact preference, and to pay the published introduction fee when you accept a lead.
