For estate sale companies, auctioneers, buyout dealers and cleanout crews

Leads from families who are ready to hire.

Every introduction has a property size, timeline, situation and our first read on the right path, so a cleanout job never lands on an estate sale company's desk. Three operators at most. List your sales free, and pay only for the introductions you accept.

Free during launch. No contract.

Three companies, full picture

  • Three companies per lead, matched by ZIP and capacity
  • Pay per accepted introduction, nothing monthly
  • Size, situation, timeline, contents notes, contact preference

Questions companies ask

What does a lead cost?

Nothing until you accept it. During launch, accepted introductions are free. After that, a flat fee per accepted introduction, published here before it changes. Listing sales is free, always.

How many companies get each lead?

At most three, chosen by service ZIP and whether you have told us you are taking new jobs. You can pause at any time from your dashboard.

What do I get with each lead?

Property type and size, situation, timeline, the family's notes on contents, their preferred contact method, our suggested path (full sale, auction plus clear, buyout or cleanout), and a one-click link to quote or decline with a reason.

Why list sales with you as well?

Every sale you list here is served to apps and AI assistants through our open API and MCP server. When someone asks an assistant what estate sales are on this weekend, yours can be in the answer.
